The hot water trick works better than I expected—the foam gets so much fluffier and reaches everywhere. Been using it for a week now and my teeth feel noticeably slicker and cleaner after each brush.

I was skeptical about the pea-sized amount but it really does cover both sides of the brush head without wasting anything. Adding a little hot water to thin out my regular toothpaste worked perfectly and created a nice foam for a deeper clean.
