Grether's Pastilles - Mustaherukka - D R Harris London

The throat’s been sore all week, and these pastilles are the only thing that’s actually calming it down, not just masking it. The blackcurrant flavor is mild but genuinely fruity, and the deep dark color makes them feel a bit more indulgent than your average lozenge.

The deep, dark color is almost as striking as the flavor—each pastille delivers that fruity blackcurrant kick without being too sweet. They’re mild enough to pop one after dinner and not feel like I’ve just eaten candy. Already thinking about ordering another tin.

I’ve been waiting for a pastille that’s actually soothing without being overly sweet, and these hit that balance perfectly. The deep blackcurrant flavor is fruity but gentle, and they’ve become my go-to for a quiet throat pick-me-up.
